The project area consists of two piece of land both the near sides of the E5 and TEM highways connection road. The land for Industrial production facilities and for exhibition center is 116.957m2. Production facilities, the exhibition center, Office Building and Hospital will be constructed on this land. The total construction area on this land is 999,746m2. There will be 8 production units. Each production facility can be custom sized upon request from buyers. Each floor will have their own forklift corridors so the raw materials and produced goods can be easily carry in and out by the forklifts. Forklifts will easily go up and down through forklift elevators.

Under the ground of industrial units there will be closed car parking lots for cars, truck loading and unloading zones, storage areas, and bonded warehouse. Exhibition center will be located in front of production units. Each month there will be different industry sector’s expositions will be organized in the exhibition center. Visitor capacity for exhibition center is up to 15,000 people daily.

The land for the hotel, office, home-office, residence and for the shopping center is about 32.321m2. Office space will contain Ministry of Industry office, Ministry of Finance office, Istanbul Chamber of Commerce office, Municipality office, business offices, banks, insurance companies, finance companies and will be opened all needed offices for to ease and for to support industrial zone. The shopping center and convention center will be 38,705m2 which will be serving the visitors and businessmen. Parking lot and technical areas is more then enough to full fill the needs of shopping center convention center with its 55.329m2 area.

Istanbul Technologic Industrial Park Project
